About the Role
We are looking for motivated and ambitious Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a passion for property sales, enjoy working with clients, and are motivated by achieving strong results.
As a Property Consultant, you will work closely with buyers and investors to understand their requirements, recommend suitable properties, arrange viewings, and guide clients through the complete sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with potential property buyers and investors.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and viewings.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate offers and assist clients through the transaction process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
- Stay informed about new developments, projects, prices, and market trends.
- Meet individual sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Previous UAE real estate experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and sales abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
