About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Azizi Property Specialist to join our real estate sales team. The role focuses on helping clients discover suitable investment and residential opportunities within Azizi Developments’ portfolio.

The ideal candidate will understand the Dubai property market, communicate confidently with clients, and have a strong ability to convert leads into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Azizi Developments’ residential and investment properties.
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable projects.
• Present project details, payment plans, prices, and investment opportunities.
• Generate and follow up with potential buyers.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales journey.
• Arrange property presentations and meetings.
• Negotiate with clients and support transaction closures.
• Keep updated on Azizi launches, inventory, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements

• UAE real estate experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Azizi Developments is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Highly motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
