About the Role

We are seeking a motivated DAMAC Property Specialist to join our growing real estate sales team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Dubai property market and can confidently present DAMAC’s residential and investment opportunities to potential buyers.

You will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable DAMAC projects, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell DAMAC Properties developments.
• Understand DAMAC projects, locations, prices, payment plans, and availability.
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Generate and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
• Conduct property presentations and meetings.
• Maintain strong and professional client relationships.
• Negotiate offers and assist with closing transactions.
• Keep up to date with new DAMAC launches and market developments.

Requirements

• Previous UAE real estate experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DAMAC Properties and its portfolio is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and sales-focused.
• Ability to work toward individual and team targets.
